Summerfest ‘22
Embracing diversity of genre, Summerfest has always delivered a line-up of the world’s most accomplished artists as well as emerging talent since 1968. Presented by American Family Insurance in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the festival hosts over 800 bands and 900,000 fans over 3 Weekends. They commissioned posters for Milwaukee Summerfest 2022, requesting a limited color palette consisting of specific hues of red and blue.

MT. JOY
With this poster I wanted to capture the whimsy and spirit of the indie folk group, MT. JOY. Their music and previous art seemed to exude peace and happiness. I started with a hand-drawn sketch, shown below in black and white, and used that to create the final poster.
